About the role

  • Partner with photography studios, editing teams, and Ops management to collect and share assets and due dates.
  • Coordinate and manage the creative calendar, working with management on establishing set lists.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems to track performance, project progress, analyze data.
  • Design and share engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate operational updates.
  • Oversee the setup and tracking of assets for seasonal editing projects.
  • Represent your Department Manager as his/her proxy when they are away.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordination, preferably within a creative or photography environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear and comprehensive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
  • Ability to work with a team and react quickly to change.
  • Experience in DAM tools and tracking assets.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools. Airtable is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
