About the role
- Lead the enterprise analytics function, delivering CFO-, CEO-, and investor-facing insights
- Own and operate the customer and audience database for the Fanatics Audience Network
- Partner with enterprise loyalty program leaders to design data-driven strategies
- Own the production data platform supporting ingestion, modeling, governance, and activation
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers and analytics leaders
- Drive a culture of excellence, curiosity, and ownership across the data organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading data, analytics, or data platform teams
- 5+ years managing senior managers or directors
- Proven ability to deliver executive-caliber insights for CFO/CEO-level stakeholders
- Experience with large-scale customer databases or identity platforms
- Strong technical grounding in modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
