About the role

  • Act as the guardian of the Recruitment and Selection policy, guiding, supporting, and advising managers throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Ensure alignment with hiring managers on timelines and hiring quality.
  • Post job openings and maintain the careers page.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values at every stage of the recruitment process, strengthening our employer brand.
  • Expand talent attraction channels through partnerships with universities and community organizations.
  • Proactively source potential candidates and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline.
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews focused on cultural fit and required competencies.
  • Monitor talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform hiring decisions.
  • Support recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, with strong proficiency in competency-based interviews.
  • Advanced English proficiency (will be tested).
  • Comfortable working with data and performance indicators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Experience recruiting for tech or gaming companies (nice to have).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives (nice to have).
