Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute content strategies for FamilyWell Health and FamilyWell Academy, with distinct voices and audience mapping
Write provider-facing clinical content, including white papers, one-pagers, case studies, and email campaigns
Write patient-facing and Academy learner content, including blogs, newsletters, social copy, and nurture sequences
Edit AI-assisted drafts and ensure authentic, high-quality writing
Own HubSpot strategy and execution, including lists, segmentation, workflows, reports, and email sequences
Design and deploy nurture campaigns for clinical partners, Academy enrollees, and patient leads
Track marketing performance and adjust cadence, content, and segmentation based on data
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure accurate, compliant healthcare messaging
Manage Squarespace content for both brands, including landing pages, course pages, and campaign pages
Apply SEO fundamentals and maintain consistent digital branding
Produce branded Canva assets and manage the asset library
Support Academy marketing materials and promotional collateral
Create LinkedIn and Instagram content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and identify timely maternal and perinatal mental health content opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of marketing and communications experience with demonstrated B2B and D2C work
Exceptional writing ability across clinical, consumer, and editorial voices and formats
Hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, sequences, and reports
Experience managing or editing a Squarespace or comparable CMS website
Comfort with AI writing tools and strong editorial judgment
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and proactively surface recommendations
Experience analyzing marketing data and translating it into strategic adjustments
Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, women’s health, or a similarly regulated, relationship-driven sector
Experience in perinatal or maternal health, behavioral health, or clinical education marketing strongly preferred
Background supporting both a direct care brand and a professional education or certification product strongly preferred
Partnership or B2B outreach experience strongly preferred
Canva proficiency strongly preferred
Comfort with social media strategy and scheduling tools strongly preferred
