About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches.
Serve as the operational hub coordinating tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, own status reporting and escalations, and drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live.
Transition into the primary relationship owner for the account after launch, leading quarterly reviews and monitoring performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare setting
Successful track record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes
Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills — comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and stakeholders
Ability to move fluidly between operational execution and strategic relationship management
Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems including Hubspot
Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup.
