About the role

  • Design, develop, and support business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Build and support custom AI solutions, as well as deploy and enhance third-party AI tools
  • Create and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and integrations across cloud systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, third-party platforms such as Paylocity, Dialpad, and AxisCare)
  • Develop user-facing features and logic using Python, PHP, JavaScript, and related front-end frameworks
  • Manage container solutions, such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Implement data transformation pipelines using Power Query, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent technologies
  • Build secure, scalable RESTful web services to integrate and expose data from internal and external sources
  • Participate in the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and IT operations to align solutions with business goals and IT governance

Requirements

  • 3+ yrs of experience developing applications within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform tools
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs, and related integration technologies
  • Experience custom coding solutions using Python, PHP, and related development languages
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL, or data transformation tools (Power Query, SQL, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management)
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integrations
  • Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security best practices (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, SAML 2.0)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
