Salary
💰 $77 - $80 per hour
About the role
- Design and implement individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on caseload
- Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors and coordinators related to case management
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs
- Create and maintain a schedule with assigned families and school personnel
- Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License
- Providers must be licensed in NYS and their residential state
- Must have prior Telehealth experience
- Must have prior Pediatric experience
- Bilingual is a plus
