About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under the direction of the Clinic Director, provide support in the day-to-day administration and coordination of the clinic
Act as covering Director on site and off, in absence of Clinic Director
Ensure that clinic is opened and closed on time daily
Ensure that all regulatory standards are met or exceeded
Support Clinic Director in developing and maintaining community linkages and key community relationships
Ensure staff complete all required training in a timely manner
Manage site in a fiscally responsible manner
Lead site in providing quality care to patients
Coach and counsel staff and administer appropriate disciplinary action in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in a related field or RN required
At least 3 years managerial experience in the health care field or a Master's Degree and at least 1 year experience as a manager in the health care field
At least 3 years' experience demonstrating progressively responsible positions in health care services required with preference for ambulatory medical clinics
Must have a car, a valid California driver’s license, and proof of minimum levels of car insurance as required under California law
