About the role
- Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Patient-centered treatment planning
- Ongoing outpatient therapy to FHCW patients
- Engage in collaborative crisis management services
- Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Design group therapy curriculum
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
- Provide risk assessments and develop safety plans
- Collaborate with medical providers for holistic care
- Participate in behavioral health quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from a Massachusetts accredited, licensure-eligible program required.
- If not independently licensed, candidate must be actively working towards independent licensure within 6 months of start date.
- Salary is based on years since obtaining the licensure and or graduation.
- Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification preferred: LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD.
- Advanced experience in leading groups in a behavioral health setting required.
- Minimum of 2 years direct clinical work with individuals, children, and families is required.
