About the role

  • Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
  • Patient-centered treatment planning
  • Ongoing outpatient therapy to FHCW patients
  • Engage in collaborative crisis management services
  • Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments

  • Participate in behavioral health quality improvement activities

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from a Massachusetts accredited, licensure-eligible program required.
  • If not independently licensed, candidate must be actively working towards independent licensure within 6 months of start date.
  • Salary is based on years since obtaining the licensure and or graduation.
  • Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification preferred: LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD.
  • Advanced experience in leading groups in a behavioral health setting required.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct clinical work with individuals, children, and families is required.
