About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define product vision and strategy through collaboration with stakeholders (customers, business teams, engineering, design)
Track bugs while supporting teams with error analysis
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals
Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and technical tasks in GitHub, JSM, or Notion
Ensure acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and aligned with user needs
Serve as the primary contact for the development team during sprints
Make decisive actions to remove team blockers and accelerate delivery
Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies
Collect and analyze feedback from demos, user testing, and support channels
Track product performance, customer satisfaction, and usage metrics to guide future improvements
Ensure product compliance with industry specifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years' experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or similar role in software development
Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
Good understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and system integrations
Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborating with developers
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-design capabilities
Skilled at prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty, and balancing technical debt with feature delivery.
