Responsibility for the reliability, observability, and performance of backend systems
Design and implement SRE practices
Maintain infrastructure as code
Work closely with development teams
Automate incident detection and remediation
Contribute to architecture and roadmap

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or infrastructure engineering
Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Knowledge of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with incident management and post-mortems
Understanding of SLA/SLO principles
