About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and smooth operational and financial processes.
  • Acts as the link between the client and internal teams, monitoring shipments, managing quotations, and ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Manages collections, analyzes statements, and provides support to resolve outstanding issues, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
