About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and smooth operational and financial processes.
- Acts as the link between the client and internal teams, monitoring shipments, managing quotations, and ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Manages collections, analyzes statements, and provides support to resolve outstanding issues, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in a related field
- Fluent in English
- Experience coordinating LCL import shipments, and knowledge of freight forwarding and NVOCC operations
