Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supervising and ensuring excellence in the execution of international air transport operational processes;
Ensures adherence to procedures, timelines, quality standards and documentation compliance;
Directly manages the operations team, validates critical shipment information and resolves incidents;
Ensures smooth process flow, customer satisfaction and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (completed);
Postgraduate specialization preferred;
