About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supervising and ensuring excellence in the execution of international air transport operational processes;
- Ensures adherence to procedures, timelines, quality standards and documentation compliance;
- Directly manages the operations team, validates critical shipment information and resolves incidents;
- Ensures smooth process flow, customer satisfaction and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Contributes to team development, process improvement and the maintenance of operational quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field (completed);
- Postgraduate specialization preferred;
- Advanced English;
- Experience managing teams.
