About the role

  • You act as a trusted partner for our leaders in Germany and advise them on all HR matters.
  • You support management in collaborating with the works councils.
  • You work closely with the Shared Service Centre of Falck Ambulance DE.
  • You develop and establish modern people structures and policies for Falck Fire Services DE.
  • You drive organizational change by providing expert advice to management and teams and by supporting change processes.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, e.g., as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of employment contract frameworks and HR processes, and solid knowledge of German labor law — including collective bargaining law and works council/works constitution law.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites (primarily in Northern Germany).
  • You are a proactive self-starter, able to work independently and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and extensive experience with HR management systems.
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good, conversational English.
