About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the analysis, implementation, communication and administration of Total Rewards programs
- Assist in planning, coordination, and facilitation of annual compensation salary review
- Complete salary surveys and conduct market benchmarking
- Complete job evaluations in partnership with HR Business Partners
- Review compensation data to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners
- Support administration of employee benefit programs
- Participate in group benefits open enrollment campaign
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Assist with analysis and development of benefits initiatives
- Prepare and deliver program communications and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or related field
- 3+ years of work experience in a Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits Analyst position
- Knowledge of compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans and market pricing
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and HRIS systems
- Experience with Workday, preferred
- Experience with Job Evaluation (Mercer IPE) is an asset
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task on projects within tight timeframes
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken
