Key responsibilities & impact

Write and edit clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for marketing materials including promotions, social advertising, events, and in-branch collateral
Own and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
Collaborate with designers, cross-functional, and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts that support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of professional writing or content marketing experience in marketing, advertising, or related field
Degree or post-secondary diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field and/or equivalent experience
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
Comfort working within brand and regulatory guidelines
A curious mindset and willingness to learn about the lending industry and customers
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and issue-resolution skills
Proven ability to effectively work with team members, cross-functional teams, and vendors
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows
