Key responsibilities & impact

Take full operational responsibility for the US region
Drive the growth of regional sales
Support and organize Branch Managers to efficiently process customer orders
Maintain accountability for complete P&L
Ensure effective flow of communication related to customer service
Oversee compliance with logistics-related operations
Advise managers in recruitment and team development
Establish and execute strategies to improve processes
Maintain detailed awareness of daily KPI’s
Instill and drive a positive working culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing both sales and operations
Knowledge of building materials, specifically related to cabinetry or the kitchen and bath market
Strong business acumen and experience working with reporting, financial statements, and driving profitability
Related experience from industrial or building materials distribution
A commercial or sales-driven mindset
Deep knowledge/understanding of complete branch office operations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels internally, as well as with suppliers and customers
KPI-oriented, well organized, with superior communication aptitude
