About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You coordinate a smooth process for accident victims: from damage intake to the successful enforcement of all claims
You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
You enforce all claims for our fairforce clients using modern legal-tech tools
You organise and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
You support our clients with empathy and a solution-oriented approach in a difficult and exceptional situation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
Confident use of a laptop and common software solutions
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Customer-focused, structured and solution-oriented way of working
At least 1 year of experience in customer advisory (preferred)
