About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You coordinate a seamless process for accident victims: from documenting the damage to successfully asserting all claims
You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
You assert all claims on behalf of our fairforce clients using modern legal‑tech tools
You organize and arrange appraisers, replacement vehicles and other network partners
You support our clients with empathy and a solutions‑oriented approach during a difficult exceptional situation

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience handling vehicle accident claims (proof required)
Confident use of a laptop and common software applications
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
Customer‑focused, structured and solution‑oriented working style
At least 1 year of experience in client advisory/customer consulting (preferred)
