About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the team lead with code reviews and test automation
Optimize queries in MariaDB and understand the logic behind complex data structures
Accompany features from the initial concept through to rollout
Optimize prompts for extracting information from unstructured legal documents
Develop logic for automatically deriving precise draft responses and follow-up tasks
Use state-of-the-art AI tools to maximize development speed and support the team with integration into the SDLC

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack experience
Experience in environments with strict code-quality standards and review processes
Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot and React with TypeScript
Solid experience with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL)
Experience working with large table structures
Thinking in terms of scalable microservices and clean interfaces (REST)
Fluent German (C1/C2) to operate confidently in the complex legal domain
