About the role
- From day one you will be a fully integrated team member and gain in-depth insight into a Legal Tech company at the intersection of law and innovation.
- Provide legal advice by telephone to corporate clients in the area of claims handling.
- Support and independently handle litigation (from preparation through to the court hearing).
- Focus areas: traffic law, general civil law and civil procedure.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of our digital processes in the area of legal enforcement.
Requirements
- First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with above-average results.
- Strong interest in the digitization of legal workflows (Legal Tech).
- Motivation to gain litigation experience and to provide direct client support.
- At the time of the station you must be completing your Referendariat in the Free State of Saxony (Higher Regional Court districts: Leipzig or Chemnitz, Bautzen, Dresden) or in the state of Saxony-Anhalt (Higher Regional Court districts: Halle/Dessau).
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity with our company after passing the Second State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen).
