About the role

  • From day one you will be a fully integrated member of the team and gain deep insights into a Legal Tech company at the intersection of law and innovation.
  • Provide legal advice by phone to commercial clients in the area of claims handling.
  • Support and independently handle litigation proceedings (from preparation through to trial).
  • Focus areas: traffic law, general civil law and civil procedure.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of our digital processes in the area of legal enforcement.

Requirements

  • First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with above-average results.
  • Strong interest in the digitization of legal workflows (Legal Tech).
  • Motivation to gain litigation experience and to advise clients directly.
  • You must be serving your referendary station in the Free State of Saxony (district courts: Leipzig or Chemnitz, Bautzen, Dresden) or in the state of Saxony-Anhalt (district courts: Halle/Dessau) at the time of the station.
  • You are seeking a long-term career perspective with our company following the successful completion of your Second State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen).
