About the role
- From day one you are a full member of the team and gain deep insights into a Legal Tech company at the intersection of law and innovation.
- Telephone legal advice for commercial clients in the area of claims settlement.
- Support and independent handling of litigation (from preparation through to trial).
- Focus areas: traffic law, general civil law and civil procedure.
- Participation in designing and optimizing our digital processes in the area of legal enforcement.
Requirements
- First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with above-average results.
- Strong interest in the digitalization of legal workflows (Legal Tech).
- Motivation to gain litigation experience and to advise clients directly.
- You are, at the time of the placement, completing your legal traineeship (Referendariat) in the Free State of Saxony (district court regions Leipzig or Chemnitz, Bautzen, Dresden) or in the state of Saxony-Anhalt (district court regions Halle/Dessau).
- You are seeking a long-term career perspective with our company after successful completion of your Second State Examination (Zweites Staatsexamen).
