About the role

  • You coordinate a smooth process for accident victims: from damage recording to the successful enforcement of all claims
  • You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
  • You enforce all claims of our fairforce clients using modern Legal Tech tools
  • You organize and arrange assessors, rental cars and other network partners
  • You support our clients with empathy and a solution-oriented approach in a challenging, exceptional situation

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
  • Confident use of a laptop and common software applications
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork — you prefer collaborative environments over isolated offices
  • Customer-oriented, structured and solution-focused working style
  • At least 1 year of experience in client advisory (desirable)
