About the role

  • Help us develop the fairforce UX/UI identity — aiming to become the Apple of the legal-tech industry
  • Design clear, well-structured UI layouts for web applications (B2B, SaaS)
  • Analyze and translate real user needs into intuitive interfaces
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system
  • Optimize user flows, navigation logic and overall usability
  • Work closely with product management and development teams (internal + external)

Requirements

  • Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design or Visual Design — or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in the digital domain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products and/or relevant portfolio references
  • Strong sense for structure, logic and user guidance
  • Empathy for users — especially in complex application contexts
  • Ability to create interactive experiences using prototyping tools
  • Basic understanding of modern frontend technologies and frameworks
  • Experience conducting discovery work and user interviews to validate requirements
  • Self-directed working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Fluent German (spoken and understood)
  • A healthy impatience, drive and strong execution skills
