Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze operational business processes and identify optimization and automation potential
Conduct target/actual analyses and create the basis for digital process solutions
Evaluate operational data and detect patterns, error sources and areas for improvement
Translate business requirements into clear specifications, process logic and acceptance criteria
Work closely with business units and development teams to implement data-driven tools and process solutions
Support the continuous improvement of existing processes and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in an analytical, data- or process-related role
Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis, validation and automation
Experience analyzing large datasets and deriving concrete recommendations for action
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German skills and confident communication with various stakeholders
