About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the Data & Analytics team, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership
Establish clear structures, roles and standards
Expand data engineering capabilities
Own the data architecture and the data warehouse
Ensure consistent, reliable data to support decision-making
Further develop dashboards, reports and self-service analytics
Empower business units in working with data
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Work closely with executive management, the CTO, IT and business units
Monitor and evaluate automation and AI opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience leading Data, Analytics or Engineering teams
Technical and conceptual expertise in data engineering and data warehouse architectures, as well as analytics and business intelligence
Strong architecture and systems understanding
Hands-on experience with modern data & analytics stacks (e.g., Python, MS SQL, DBT, Docker, Power BI, SSIS, Airflow/Dagster)
Ability to distill technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication
Experience building or further developing scalable data & analytics structures
