About the role
- Responsible for the structure, performance and development of a telesales team
- Manage outbound telesales activities
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions
- Develop sales standards
- Responsible for KPI and performance management
- Onboard new team members
- Optimize processes and tools across the telesales workflow
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales
- Prepare reports and analyses
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telephone-based sales, ideally in a B2B environment
- Initial leadership/first-line management experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Experience planning, executing and managing outbound campaigns
- Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing and Sales
- Solid knowledge of KPI and performance management
- Experience in staffing and capacity planning for an outbound team
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Structured, process- and quality-oriented working style
- Confident use of telephony/dialer systems, ideally with CRM systems
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with AI-assisted tools in a sales context
