About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of software development squads;
- Monitor schedules, deliverables and project progress;
- Consolidate and track team performance and productivity indicators;
- Prepare executive reports and management reports;
- Follow up on action plans and ensure alignment between teams;
- Assist in organizing requests, priorities and operational flow;
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement;
- Contribute collaboratively and critically in project and delivery discussions;
- Support the evolution of management maturity and squad monitoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in managing or tracking technology projects;
- Experience in software development environments;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and similar);
- Experience in monitoring schedules and managing deliveries;
- Analytical ability to interpret indicators and metrics;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience preparing executive reports and management presentations;
- Organized, proactive and results-oriented profile;
- Ability to work collaboratively, bringing questions and constructive contributions to teams.

- Familiarity with technical concepts related to software development sufficient to contribute to and follow technology discussions;
- Experience with productivity and performance metrics for technology teams;
- Knowledge of project management tools and metric-tracking tools;
- Experience in technology environments with multiple squads and a high volume of deliveries.
