About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team in analyzing dispute tickets on the OSAs portals, assisting with monitoring and the initial handling of customer requests.
- Perform analyses to validate the legitimacy of complaints according to established criteria, evidence and processes, always under the guidance and supervision of the responsible team.
- Contribute to operational activities and provide support for the systems used by the area, including follow-ups, remote support and guidance to users when necessary.
- Assist in monitoring requests, identifying possible inconsistencies and supporting routines related to the monthly close, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines and quality in the analyses performed.
- Participate in continuous learning of the area’s processes, receiving guidance from the team to develop technical and administrative knowledge related to the tasks performed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Management Processes or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with the Windows environment;
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Proactive profile, with an interest in learning and professional development;
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Basic Excel skills (filters, simple formulas and data organization);
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative tasks;
- Interest in working with process analysis and performance indicators.
