About the role
- Manage commercial contracts strategically, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement of deliverables;
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners, seeking a balance between results, quality and relationship management;
- Review contracts to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement;
- Monitor outcomes and propose strategic actions to optimize commercial performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in commercial roles with strategic contract management;
- Experience defining, monitoring and ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance indicators;
- Experience preparing commercial proposals;
- Strong negotiation skills and contract analysis capabilities;
- Analytical, results-oriented profile with a strategic mindset.
