About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary squads, ensuring deliveries that have real business impact;
Define, prioritize, and manage product backlog and roadmap;
Monitor and optimize metrics such as revenue, churn, NPS, LTV, and completion rates;
Ensure continuous product evolution (improvements, adjustments, and expansion);
Define and uphold the value proposition and positioning;
Facilitate management rituals (planning, tracking, and retrospectives);
Foster alignment between marketing, sales, CX, and operations;
Act as the owner of the pedagogical quality of the products;
Lead coordinators, instructors, and pedagogical supervisors;
Perform performance analyses and propose data-driven action plans;
Ensure consistency between the sales promise and product delivery;
Lead the creation, review, and evolution of educational content and learning experiences;
Remove impediments and escalate strategic risks.

Requirements
