About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop copy for paid media campaigns, especially for Meta Ads.
Create headlines, hooks, sales arguments, calls to action (CTAs), and ad variations for A/B testing.
Write scripts for VSLs using direct-response marketing frameworks.
Produce landing pages, sales pages, advertorials, emails and other conversion assets.
Develop messaging for lead activation and nurturing campaigns via WhatsApp and CRM.
Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitors, offers, objections, desires, proof elements, mechanisms, and levels of awareness.
Collaborate with Growth, Paid Traffic, and Commercial teams to interpret campaign metrics and propose new communication hypotheses.
Review and optimize existing copy based on campaign performance.
Document learnings, tests performed, and communication patterns to continuously evolve strategies.
Ensure consistency between value proposition, offer, and messaging across all stages of the funnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Copywriter in direct-response marketing operations.
Experience creating ads for performance campaigns.
Experience producing VSLs, landing pages, sales pages, and launch sequences.
Knowledge of: levels of awareness, levels of market sophistication, mechanisms, offer structures, objections, decision triggers, proof elements, promise construction, and calls to action.
Experience with A/B testing of messaging.
Experience with WhatsApp campaigns or lead-base activation.
Ability to interpret campaign metrics to optimize messaging.
Excellent writing, persuasion, and information-organization skills.
