About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
- Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates
- Provide product functional and technical guidance based on customer needs
- Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications
- Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
- Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities
- Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry application
- Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities
- Share emerging trends, successful practices, and areas for improvement
- Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products
- Provide user training and support development of training programs
- Facilitate transition from implementation to support
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools
- Strong technical background
- Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes
- Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products
- CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
- Willingness to travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
