About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates
Provide product functional and technical guidance based on customer needs
Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications
Establish priority and direction for technical integration staff on client requirements
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities
Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry application
Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities
Share emerging trends, successful practices, and areas for improvement
Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products
Provide user training and support development of training programs
Facilitate transition from implementation to support

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools
Strong technical background
Proven technical proficiency, particularly in writing complex screening codes
Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
Willingness to travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
