About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy FactSet products by delivering high-value projects and engagements
Independently implement multiple workflows
Provide product, functional, and technical guidance for customer-specific process solutions
Communicate with sophisticated users using investment principles and their industry applications
Create user workflow and custom report specifications
Establish priorities and direction for technical integration staff based on client requirements
Identify growth strategies by mapping client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities
Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products
Provide user training and support development of training programs
Produce client-facing communications to facilitate transition from implementation to support
Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities
Contribute to departmental leadership decision-making
Collaborate with and mentor junior implementation specialists
Support complex organizational changes, enterprise deployments, restructures, and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related scientific or technical discipline
At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools
Strong knowledge of performance workflows
Strong technical background
Proven technical proficiency, particularly with writing complex screening codes
Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
Willingness to travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
