About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, client-facing implementations of FactSet's Buy Side product suite
- Serve as the primary program management owner for complex implementations and large-scale hosting migrations from initiation through production
- Manage end-to-end delivery across multi-workstream programs
- Own program governance covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependencies, decisions, escalations, and reporting
- Develop and manage program plans, RAID logs, and weekly/monthly status reporting
- Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans
- Partner with client project managers and senior stakeholders on scope, timelines, dependencies, and communications
- Shape program phasing and delivery strategy to maximize business value and reduce risk
- Matrix-lead internal and client teams, set priorities, forecast milestones, and enforce commitments
- Manage technical environment, cross-program, and third-party vendor dependencies
- Communicate status, decisions, priorities, and escalations; present reports, risk assessments, and decision frameworks
- Lead resource planning and capacity management
- Coordinate client readiness, training, cutover planning, and transition to production
- Own project financials, burn-down tracking, and change control aligned with statements of work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 11+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year, enterprise technology programs
- Deep experience implementing financial systems for asset managers, banks, or insurers highly valued
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage expectations, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate politically complex situations
- Track record in systemic risk leadership across multiple workstreams and vendors
- Extensive experience using RAID logs
- Experience leading and influencing global, distributed, matrixed teams
- Ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment in high-stakes client-facing environments
- Ability to adapt project frameworks and methodologies to unique client circumstances
- Experience managing vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and contract deliverables
- Familiarity with statements of work and change orders
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, and program dashboards
- Accountability for budgeting, forecasting, burn tracking, variance management, and change control
- Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP® or PgMP® certification preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
