About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue for IDS by owning the full sales cycle
- Build and manage a visible sales pipeline
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Lead discovery on clients' document landscape
- Position IDS versus internal builds and generic document/OCR platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams
- Lead client engagements including workshops and executive briefings
- Coordinate and lead IDS demos
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of client-facing sales experience
- Experience selling into financial institutions
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS)
- Exceptional presentation and consultative selling skills
- Proven success in driving net-new business and expanding existing relationships
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
