About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue for IDS by owning the full sales cycle
  • Build and manage a visible sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Lead discovery on clients' document landscape
  • Position IDS versus internal builds and generic document/OCR platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams
  • Lead client engagements including workshops and executive briefings
  • Coordinate and lead IDS demos

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of client-facing sales experience
  • Experience selling into financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of financial services workflows
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS)
  • Exceptional presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Proven success in driving net-new business and expanding existing relationships
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
