About the role
- Lead the design, integration, deployment, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower platform
- Define and implement governance processes for AI assets
- Integrate the platform with enterprise systems to ensure a unified view of models and workflows
- Create and maintain automated workflows for AI lifecycle management
- Monitor and report key metrics such as value delivered and cost savings
Requirements
- Experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions
- Knowledge of AI regulations, such as the AI Act, GDPR, and DORA
- Experience integrating platforms such as Databricks, Collibra, Active Directory, or CMDB
- Skills in creating and maintaining automated workflows
- Experience in AI governance working collaboratively with business teams and risk and compliance functions
