At least 5 years of development experience with Python
Experience deploying ML/AI solutions into production
Strong knowledge of RAG systems (chunking, indexing, retrieval)
Experience with Databricks, MLflow and Unity Catalog
Familiarity with both classical and modern ML delivery (MLOps) patterns
Involvement in the design and operation of multi-user platforms
Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, identity and secrets management
Strong focus on security and data governance
Fluent communication in English
