About the role

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential customers needing: International freight (air & ocean), Import & Export, End-to-end logistics solutions
  • Manage and track all sales activity using HubSpot CRM
  • Coordinate introductory sales conversations and discovery calls with LogiWorld operations staff and customers
  • Act as the primary relationship bridge between prospects and LogiWorld’s operations team
  • Introduce qualified prospects to the assigned operations team member for pricing, onboarding, and execution
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and closed business
  • Collaborate with internal operations to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term client success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling and cold emailing)
  • Confident communicator who can speak to solutions at a high level
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently as the sole sales representative
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
  • Existing logistics or supply chain industry contacts (Nice to Have)
  • Experience selling international freight or complex logistics solutions (Nice to Have)
  • Understanding of freight pricing models and customer pain points (Nice to Have)
