About the role
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound outreach
- Identify and qualify potential customers needing: International freight (air & ocean), Import & Export, End-to-end logistics solutions
- Manage and track all sales activity using HubSpot CRM
- Coordinate introductory sales conversations and discovery calls with LogiWorld operations staff and customers
- Act as the primary relationship bridge between prospects and LogiWorld’s operations team
- Introduce qualified prospects to the assigned operations team member for pricing, onboarding, and execution
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and closed business
- Collaborate with internal operations to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term client success
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales (cold calling and cold emailing)
- Confident communicator who can speak to solutions at a high level
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently as the sole sales representative
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and pipeline management skills
- Existing logistics or supply chain industry contacts (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling international freight or complex logistics solutions (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of freight pricing models and customer pain points (Nice to Have)
