About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver all workouts in line with FACEGYM protocols
- Promote and sell FACEGYM workouts, products, and homecare both in-studio and front of house
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
- Use strong communication skills, body language, and rapport-building techniques to adapt to different client needs
- Confidently overcome selling challenges and create engaging retail experiences
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations in line with Health & Safety standards
- Maximise retail opportunities and drive client retention
- Operate POS systems, tills, and booking systems (Zenoti) efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, products, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth studio operations
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional presentation
- Take full ownership of the client journey—from consultation through to treatment, aftercare, and checkout
Requirements
What you’ll need- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Experience in beauty, retail, or spa environments
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Team player with a professional and engaging attitude
- Able to stand for extended periods (6–8 hour shifts)
- Fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends
