About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Experience in sales and customer service, preferably with franchise networks.
Knowledge of improving commercial and financial results.
Expertise in developing action plans for franchisees.
Production of metrics reports (KPIs).
Strategic planning methodologies (5W2H, PDCA).
Financial tools (cash flow, income statement (DRE), etc).
Willingness to travel.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
