About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably with franchise networks.
- Knowledge of improving commercial and financial results.
- Expertise in developing action plans for franchisees.
- Production of metrics reports (KPIs).
- Strategic planning methodologies (5W2H, PDCA).
- Financial tools (cash flow, income statement (DRE), etc).
- Willingness to travel.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
