About the role
- Provide recommendations to clients looking to book cruise vacations.
- Work with clients to understand preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements to tailor cruise options accordingly.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends.
- Create detailed cruise itineraries, including excursions, dining options, and onboard activities, to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, and any additional travel arrangements related to their cruise.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and client communication.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to client preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create lifelong memories.
