About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, primarily for specialist, supervisory, coordinator, manager and other strategic positions.
- Act as an internal consultant to hiring managers.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and structured assessments.
- Conduct interviews in English to evaluate candidates' conversational level.
- Develop headhunting strategies and proactive talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Business Partner, Development and Compensation teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and practices.
- Maintain ongoing market mapping to identify strategic talent.
- Serve as a technical reference and source of inspiration for more junior HR professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and talent attraction platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS or similar).
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate.
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate.
- Languages/Skills: Advanced English.
- Knowledge of People Analytics applied to recruitment and structured interview methodologies or assessment tools (e.g., DISC).
