About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of sales partners and customers in the B2B sector with revenue responsibility – sales territory: Baden-Württemberg and adjacent areas
Commercial and technical consulting for our partners in the fields of gate automation, barriers, bollard systems, door automation, and pedestrian turnstile/access control systems, in collaboration with project sales and product specialists
Strategic expansion of the customer network with new customers and specialists across all product areas
Active participation in trade shows and seminars, as well as independently conducting customer training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
Commercial/business training is an advantage
Ideally, initial experience with doors, gates, barriers, bollards, access control systems and pedestrian turnstiles
Initiative, motivation and persuasiveness
Affinity for IT and new media; solid MS Office skills
High willingness to travel (approx. 70%)
