About the role

Translate product specifications and designs into detailed test cases, then execute them to find and report bugs
Conduct various types of testing, including functional and non-functional tests like usability, accessibility and mobile testing, on our SaaS web applications
Document and track your work
Engage in continuous learning and improvement, helping us evolve our testing strategies
Participate in sprint ceremonies within our Agile team to ensure a seamless QA process
Act as a proactive driver of quality rather than a passive observer

Requirements

5+ years of experience in manual QA testing
Experience testing web and mobile applications, including accessibility
Experience with Playwright, Selenium or other similar testing tools
Experience with test case management and issue tracking tools (Qase, TestRail, Jira)
Strong experience structuring, prioritizing, and optimizing QA work (plans, suites, regressions, documentation)
Strong experience translating complex problems into clear, testable scenarios
Strong individual contributor with effective team collaboration
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools as needed
Strong interest in technology and continuous learning
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Automation testing experience is a plus
Willingness/ability to work between 11.00 AM - 7.30 PM IST (as asked in application)
