- Drive enterprise-wide operational transformation and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and deliver frameworks that streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Partner with senior executives and business unit leaders
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and metrics to monitor execution
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives
- Foster a culture of accountability and operational discipline
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, operational excellence, or management consulting
- 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience (i.e. McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- 3-5 years of experience working within a tech company
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Expertise in cloud operations and financial models, including cost levers
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment across functions, and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
