Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget;
Lead the gathering of product requirements and project scope in a holistic manner across multiple teams or business functions;
Negotiate challenging priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics to establish delivery plans and schedules that are in alignment with the objectives set forth by the organization and the company.
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet delivery schedules.
Monitor progress to plan and design a recovery strategy if project deviates from delivery schedules;
Provide data analytics to support operational, process improvement, and cost reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSEE, BSCS or other Engineering Technology collegiate degree
Desired PMP certification
Desired Agile ScrumMaster certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM)
Minimum 5+ years’ experience (4+ years with master’s degree) managing projects at technology-based companies or technical domains
Technology product development experience is highly desired.
