About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analysis and redesign of business processes and data flows to enable enterprise-wide data connectivity and insight generation, leveraging modern data quality tools, frameworks, and techniques
Identify, prioritize, and drive initiatives that transition manual data handling to automated, intelligence-driven, and scalable solutions
Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into strategic data requirements and solution frameworks that support reporting and dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI/ML initiatives
Lead the design and evolution of data governance and metadata strategies, emphasizing automation, usability, and long-term sustainability
Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to shape and influence the design of scalable data pipelines, models, and platform capabilities
Contribute to and influence the development of enterprise data products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and analytics needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
Proven experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing outcomes across large, matrixed organizations, ideally in SaaS or technology companies with complex data ecosystems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
Certifications such as CBAP or Six Sigma (preferred)
Strong ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders across Business, Technology, and Data organizations
Deep proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, R, or similar tools for advanced analytics and data manipulation (preferred)
Experience leading or shaping analytics, predictive modeling, or AI/ML initiatives
