About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles
- Develop creative, targeted sourcing strategies
- Partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Provide strategic guidance on technical sales talent market trends
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Negotiate competitive offers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Continuously improve Technical Sales recruiting processes
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and deliver regular pipeline reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Significant focus on Technical Sales hiring (SaaS, Cloud, Hardware, or similar tech environments preferred)
- Proven track record sourcing and closing high-caliber Technical Sales professionals
- Deep understanding of Technical Sales roles, career paths, and what motivates top sales talent
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sales-specific talent platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting aggressive hiring timelines
- Data-driven mindset with strong focus on pipeline metrics
